Bathroom and office renovation
Small bathroom project 4-5 weeks.
Project management:
No written time line, or labour plan. They seemed to be overwhelmed with oher project. Often working half days or not at all. This had direct result on inflating the total construction time by more then double. Additional, work was not scheduled in a standard pattern tile was completed before drywall. Cutting corners by not stripping the bathroom to the stud (per the detailed scope) resulted in quality issues in drywall and trim install.
Quality:
Drywall and trim install is uneven, shower faucet had chrome stripped during install. Chipped tiles installed.
Generally seemed overwhelmed.

Hello John, initially you had given us a 10/10 rating; It is not clear why you would all of a sudden change your entire review? You had previously mentioned that everything was perfect and that you were satisfied with all the work!! This is why I am confused.. if all these issues, then why give us a 10/10 to begin with? Are you sure it is not about the final $500 that you still owed us and refused to pay? Our company strives to make all customers happy! We have never ever left any work incomplete or any detail unattended. You guys were very indecisive from the get-go and did not have a clear plan. We modified the plan for you and you both okayed it. You kept adding details to the plan (hence the price change) and we patiently worked with you to keep you happy. We give all our clients a 1-month window to go over all the details and inform us of any issues they may encounter. We would then gladly come back on-site and resolve all those issues and ensure they are satisfied. Unfortunately, you cannot inform us of your issues 2 months after you have approved everything and the job is completely done. We would be glad to make an exception for you and come back to check everything.
