The worst company I've ever done business with

I asked Superior to put a tarp on my roof to stop a small leak (literally a few drops of water). Instead, they rolled in with 4 trucks and rang up a $6000 bill. These services were never discussed nor agreed upon. Now they are demanding payment and threatening me. I am disgusted with how they do business.
$6000 to put up a tarp on the roof of a small house is outrageous.
