Ken is very efficient and knowlegeable. He even gave me some tips on how to use our washer.
Had some burnt smell from our washer on the weekend and then emailed Ken the next day. Replied within an hour and came by the nextbday. Diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes. He didn't have the parts so he had to go get it the next day and came back to fix it. Now the washer working well.
