We can't say enough about Mike's good work. It was timely, professional, and very reasonable. Mike ran into unexpected snags with our 30 year old cedar shake gazebo roof but he resolved the issues and gave us a better looking roof than the original! Mike stayed true to his quote also. Contractors like Mike are few and far between. So happy we found him.

We got an estimate from Roofing with Hart and they stuck to the estimate. No hidden costs. Job was done earlier than I expected (I expected it to be completed over the summer). They worked hard all day and 2 days later were finished. Property was cleaned up and all was good! Highly recommend.

They did a great job for a competitive price. Completed the job fairly quickly and did a great job at protecting property and cleaning up. There was a minor issue with some of the flashing - just a cosmetic issue - but it was easily resolved. Easy to deal with, no payment was expected until job was completed to our satisfaction.

Michael has been extremely responsive to many jobs including roof replacement and repairs on several rental properties. Most importantly was his fast response and communication when needed and a job well done.

Before choosing Roofing With Hart, I watched three other roofing contractors and their horrible habits:
- Nailing shingles directly to the deck, with no underlayment;
- Not using fall-arresting safety equipment;
- Workers standing on / applying their body weight on the eavestroughs

Im happy with Mike and his team for the following reasons:
- I sent out for three quotes. Mike was the only one who offered a free quote
- Mike thoroughly examined my roof before providing a quote. He fully explained the work and answered all my questions
- Despite a single (and understandable delay) the crew arrived promptly in the agreed date
- The crew did a professional job, didnt cut any corners and took care of my roof as though it were theirs
- The crew did a thorough clean-up when they were done. They cleaned the grounds of roofing materials, cleared my eaves and used a magnet to sweep up the nails
- Finally, the crew used boards to protect the flowers and shrubs of my neighbors, so I wont get any post-work grief

In summary, I think Mike and his team did a fine job for a very reasonable price. Based on this experience, Ive already recommended Mike to someone else who needed roof work.

Let's be honest, MOST roofers, look and act like red necks. They'll show up looking like they came straight out of the film 'Deliverance' ( look up the film, go to the scene with the bangos). Other roofers, won't even show up to give you a simple quote, if the job isn't over $10,000. Roofing, has become the wild wild west. Most of the roof workers who show up to your house, are contracted workers, many don't have real experience working on a roof, They'll leave garbage everywhere, They'll over charge you, they'll add on way more things to charge you for, then, They'll pretend they are doing you a 'favour' by doing your roof because it's 'so busy these days'. Losers. Red necks. Now there is HART Roofing. I went through 7 different Roofing companies until I found Hart Roofing. It pays to look around and get as many quotes as possible. Ask many questions. Hart Roofing gave me a good price, but they treated me phenomenally well. They appreciated my business. At all times I dealt with the owner. In fact , the owner and his crew worked on my roof. The owner didn't simply hire a bunch of yahoo's off the street to do my roof, but rather, the owner himself worked his butt off on my roof. His receptionist at his office was the kindest lady. Hart Roofing stuck to the price quoted, arrived on time, did a perfect job, cleaned up , and THANKED me for MY business. Unlike the other redneck roofers out there who act as if they are doing us customers a favour by doing a job that they get paid for. Call Hart Roofing. Don't waste your time with any of the other Red neck roofers .
