Holden and his Larcon crew were amazing. We wanted to remove two major load bearing walls without the need for a support post in the middle of the room. Holden offered a solution that incorporated a large steel beam running from one end of the house to the other and delivered the project on time, on budget with all the necessary drawings , permits and final inspections. This crew is definitely at the top of their trade. We are ecstatic with the final result! I would strongly recommend Larcon for any of your structural needs!

Where do I start... Immediately when Holden came to quote we knew we were sold. His friendly but very professional approach was really appreciated as a first time major renovators! We had originally only planned to take walls down to open our very small (980 sq foot) bungalow but Holden suggested that we vault the ceiling of the main living area and entrance. He was honest about the fact that it was a once in lifetime opportunity to open up that area... was he ever right. His price was incredibly competitive and his team was clean and very punctual. We are beyond words to express how happy we are with the entire project. The engineering plans were amazing and very detailed and the inspector was so impressed. We were even offered to visit other projects in the neighbourhood that were completed... I could go on forever and would be happy to recommend Larcon to anyone.

Larcon Structural did a great job with our place. They started the job on time and finished the job on time. Throughout their time at our home they were very clean and respectful of the fact that we lived in the house during this construction. The final product after they were done looked amazing and we were very happy with the outcome. We launched a renovation in June to remove both load bearing and cosmetic walls in our main floor. We wanted to really open up the space for our kitchen, dining room and family room, and the results are fantastic!

We had a great experience working with Larcon! We removed the load bearing wall separating our kitchen and dining room. Holden, the engineer team, as well as the gentleman removing the wall were all a pleasure to work with and have in our home. They were ALWAYS on time (at times even early and just waited in the work truck to ensure they arrived right on time). They were extremely accommodating because we have young children. Holden even brought the boys some Larcon hats and shirts (which they still wear)! Holden explained the entire process clearly. We appreciated that permits were automatically a part of the wall removal process. We are so happy that we chose Larcon! We would work with them again if ever we have another load bearing removal project! Thank you Holden and the team!

Removed 2 structural walls and intalled 2 structural beams flush with ceiling. They found structural issues with a previous renovation and fixed them. The issue caused the upstairs floor to sag. They came on time and finished early. The quality was great.
