2 years ago, we had Allan of Carrigan Eavestrough Solutions do exterior improvements to our home. From the beginning of the process (initial meeting/quote presentation) to the last day of work completion, everything was absolutely top notch. Allan walked us through every step of every day, worked proficiently and precisely to ensure perfection at every turn. He came early, worked late and cleaned up every speck of debris every single day. He answered questions willingly and constantly reminded me that I was the customer and had every right to inquire as we went along.
We had him do the eavestrough, facia, siding and soffit - as well as insulation. His knowledge and expertise about what we needed and also importantly, what we didn't need, was absolutely amazing. It was clear to us from the getgo that Allan had many years of experience that allowed him to not only work more efficiently than others during the process, but also without those unpleasant rookie/mistakes/shortcuts that others may take, causing future problems.
Prior, we had countless issues with the existing pieces (wind damage, damage from other contractors, soffit covering the ventalation improperly and more) and Allan rectified everything, ensuring that issues wouldn't occur in the future. We went from a faded, delapitated antique brown eavestrough, to a "sexy" Windswept Smoke, complementary coloured siding and just the right level of insulation to ensure the upper floors stayed warmer in the winter and cooler come summer. No more spacing where the windows/siding meet, it looks seamless now with the proper window buildout and capping on the exterior windows.
This past year, we had Allan come to our parents' home to do some emergency eavestrough repair and he did so quickly and fully explained what we should do and what we could safely wait on. What a lifesaver!
People always say the money you spend outside of your house is never "seen and enjoyed" the same way that it is inside, but the transformation of the exterior of our home was so beautifully done and to this day, everytime I pull up, I am in awe of the great curb appeal. I can't say enough (even 2 years later) about Carrigan Eavestrough Solutions ~ quality and service above and beyond.
