Yes "beware" is a good title. I never write a bad review - EVER. But if you choose to use Balaya, make sure you're home and are there to watch how the patio stones are positioned (i.e. the patterning, symmetry, corners and overall positioning; and MOST imortantly do your homework to ensure they use the correct base so that weeds and ants don't/can't penetrate...year after year....both annoying and disappointing.
Ask yourself - do u want a house of straw or a house made of bricks? Same thought process. Looks good at first and then every year you're faced with the below as well as shifting stones.
I lost track of how many times I called and texted the brothers...pointless exercise. They never followed through.
