We are very happy with our tilt and turn windows. I was unsure about that style, but now after using them for half a year I am so glad that this is what we chose. I love being able to leave them tilted open without worrying about rain getting in or security issues.
The thing that has made the most difference to our day to day lives is the decrease in sound coming through because they are triple pain. We live on a busy road right by a train crossing, and didn't realize before how loud the train whistles were. Now when we open our living room windows the trains and cars are so loud, because the sound is blocked so we'll when they are closed.
We were very happy with the guys that installed them. They were polite, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves.
We had 17 windows installed in our basement and main floor, and after using them have now ordered tilt and turn windows for our bedrooms upstairs.

We were told that the windows would be installed for Aug / Sept but they actually were installed in June which was quicker than expected. We were skeptical at first about changing our front window from 5 to 4 but the install team did a fantastic job with the conversion. We have noticed a huge reduction in outside noise, and the inside temperatures are much easier to maintain. We love the tilt and turn feature!
