MiniMove bailed me out of a tough situation. I had booked a move with another company who showed up and then informed me there wasn't anywhere for them to park (we did live in a busy area of town). They suggested they could come back after the weekend with smaller trucks. We were left sitting there with boxes piled high, everything dismantled, wondering what we were going to do. I thought I would call around to see if anyone else could accommodate us short notice. It was a holiday day (Nov 11) and many places weren't even open.
I called MiniMove (who had someone available to answer my call) and they were fantastic! I told my story to the person who answered the phone and she told me she should be able to get someone out to us that afternoon. They showed up, were completely professional, fast ... our entire move only took 3.5 hours from one house to another. I just can't say enough good things about my experience. They laid down protection on the floors, moved everything properly ... totally professional.
I had actually used MiniMove before to move some things to storage (also a great experience), but for my larger move I thought I would contact a larger moving company. WHAT A MISTAKE. I should have stuck with MiniMove and will contact them in the future when I need moving assistance. A+++ all the way!
