Corell Homes

We hired Cory and Elliot from Corell Homes last year to complete a small home addition for us. We were going to move into a larger home because of our growing family but decided instead to add a second story to our home. The process went smoothly and we even managed to stay in our home while the work was being done. All together it took about 3 months and the finished product looked amazing. Its been about a year now and we are very happy!

I hired Corell Homes for a large home renovation project. We had purchased a 2-storey home that was in total need of a gut, and needed to be taken down to the studs. Corell Homes was able to set a detailed plan of attack in place starting with demolishing the existing drywall, flooring etc., and completing various stages such as adding and redoing bathrooms, replacing the old kitchen, underpinning the basement, and installing new flooring/trim. Overall it was a pretty big undertaking but the guys were super easy to get along with and actually made the process kind of fun! The owners are on trend with all kinds of bathroom and kitchen ideas and we ended up scrapping a lot of our own ideas to go with theirs.. A bunch even ended up saving us money! Overall a nice experience and have since recommended to friends/family.

My husband and I hired Corell Homes to build our new 2,600 square foot custom home in Etobicoke. The owners of the company are also brothers, and their names are Elliot and Cory. They were really easy to get along with throughout the build, and communicated well with us. We really appreciated being involved in the process, and we were always getting photos and videos of ongoing construction. We had already completed our drawings before meeting Elliot and Cory, and they were only hired to build the home that we had designed. Even though they did not design the home, they still came up with creative ideas during framing to improve the layout of our home and make better use of the space we had available to us. They were also happy to suggest great design ideas for tile selection, brick and stone combinations, window designs/colours, and built-in wall unit designs to name a few. We started the process stressed out because this was our first construction project, but quickly realized that there was nothing that these guys let slip!

If you are looking for a Toronto Home Builder, I highly recommend working with Corell Homes. We interviewed two other builders, and chose Corell Homes to design our house after visiting a nearby project of theirs. The owner, Cory, was really helpful in coming up with neat design ideas for floor layouts. Cory and his planner took us through Committee of Adjustments and got us our building permit. He was really great in helping deal with neighbours that were giving us a hard time! The build took about 6 1/2 months from demolition and we were amazed at how fast the home was built. Cory always answered my calls (there were a lot of them!) and was patient with any changes I needed to make throughout the project. There wasn't a day that went by without something being done at the house. Overall a great experience, on-time and on-budget!
