called this company to service my dishwasher, they were very accurate at time frame we booked , I was told the service call would cost me $78.00 and if I would agree with service, service charge would be voided. A gentle young service men asked what was the problem, I explained that the dishwasher won't start the cycle. He then proceeded to the test, and almost instantly told me that maybe it was the switch lock!!but then a few more pressings of buttons he got the machine to start washing but immediately said tha the pump wasn't working, he told me that it was the pump, and assured me that it was the problem, anyway I asked the total cost of parts and labor. Pump $200.00 +$180.00 labor+ taxes . I Agreed to go ahead with repair. He booked the repair for the very next day. Showed up next day with another fellow worker, once by the washer he told me he got the wrong part!!! Ok we booked for the next day. Next day he showed up with the pump, installed the pump, and the washer still wasn't working , after a few generic push buttons, on and off power he tells me it was the main board guaranteed and it could be replaced for $350.00 plus tax. Now $550.00+plus labor...so at this time I have noticed explanations that were not making any sense...so I decided to cancel the service due to inconsistency of the problem explanation. I said I would pay the service cal ...witch I taught is was $180.00, but it was actually $78.00, but He said $150.00 was fine. He then mounted the old pump back and all parts as I asked to. I questioned him how come he didn’t have any electronic instrument to test , everything was just a generic push buttons...he got kind of upset an told me to complaint to the company. After he left the house I went back to the kitchen and try to start the washer.....and this is what is so unreal.... after a few seconds the dishwasher started working and washed normal...but I noticed the floor full of water, as a result of a improper mount of the old pump. I repositioned the pump and the washer is working fine. I Called the company and left messages ..and there was no answers. My experience is a terrible one. luckily VISA credit me the $ 72.00 back...because the repair was not done , so only service call suppose to be charged.
