Award Plus Plumbing

My 13-year-old toilet wasn't flushing properly so Alex came and fixed it. We agreed the next time I had a problem (it's been wonky for awhile) it was not in good enough shape to fix again. As Alex was leaving I expressed regret that I didn't invest in a new one instead. He said if I preferred he would install a new one the following day without charging me for the work he did fixing the old one. The long and the short, that's what he did. He was respectful, patient (not at all pushy), conscientiousness, and kind throughout. And he cleaned up beautifully. I am happy with not only my new higher efficiency toilet but also having found a reliable plumber. Thank you Alex!
