ALEX IS THE BEST PLUMBER IN THE ENTIRE WORLD AND I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO USE HIS SERVICES WHEN NEEDED. I WILL NOT HESITATE TO USE AWARD PLUS: PLUMBING AND DRAINS IN THE FUTURE BECAUSE OF ALEX AND HIS TOP NOTCH WORK.

HE IS SUPER PROFESSIONAL, DOES GREAT QUALITY WORK, IS VERY RESPONSIVENESS, GIVES YOU GREAT VALUE FOR WHAT YOU PAY AND HE IS ALWAYS ON TIME FOR APPOINTMENTS.

I had a leak in my main floor powder room and after trying for a month to solve the problem on my own and going through a couple other plumbers, I decided to give Alex a call. It was the best decision I ever made.

Alex was so direct yet friendly and very straight to the point. He told me it could be a few issues with the toilet itself (and he listed them out). I sent him pictures of the toilet and washroom and within minutes he responded! He was so knowledgeable that it made me feel at ease that the issue would be resolved.

He also told them it would be very costly to try to fix the issue but that he could do it. Other plumbers simply refused to try to fix the current toilet since it required a lot of time and effort and troubleshooting.

In the end, we decided a new toilet was best to correct the issue once and for all. I really trusted Alex’s judgment and I’m glad I did. He was able to source a new toilet from me directly from his supplier for 20% less than what the retailers were charging! Not only that, but he could get the toilet within a few business days. With the big-box retailers, I would have to wait weeks, maybe even months for a new toilet!

Alex was so on top of the ball with everything! He notified me as soon as the new toilet arrived and when I would message him back he would always respond within the hour. He showed up exactly on time and had the new toilet installed within 45 minutes. He even took a look at my upstairs toilet which was making water sounds as a courtesy.

I really appreciated his advice, guidance and professional service the whole time. He was truly a nice guy and answered all of my 100 questions without getting annoyed or upset. Service with a smile! He helped me take the old toilet to the curb as well in order to save on the disposal fee.

In the end, though the water/leaking/toilet issue was a headache, I am glad we had Alex and Award Plus Plumbing on our side to fix the issue. I can rest assured knowing Alex installed the new Toto toilet for me and even though I know I will not need it, having his warranty is a great backup in case anything goes wrong.

I would not hesitate to use their services again for any of my plumbing and drain issues. The prices were fair (not the cheapest) but the value and great customer service and professional is what you are paying for and getting. I will recommend them to all of my family and friends!
