I called Award Plus a few weeks ago at 9pm and Alex arrived within 40 minutes. Sewage was not draining so I appreciated him making the emergency call on short notice.
He was friendly, explained what each service would cost and got my approval before he started any work. He was courteous to have shoe covers and came with all the tools he needed.
After initial attempt to unclog it failed, he proceeded to use alternative solutions and did not give up. He resolved the problem and provided advice on minimizing future blockages. I also had him replace a toilet part. He did not leave my home till 1am.
I strongly recommend Alex. He is very personable and honest, and best of all did a great job! Thanks.
