Alex responded immediately to my project...he was very respectful and very professional.
He suggested two alternatives...replace parts on existing taps or install new taps...he couldn't find replacement taps so he installed new ones...
His attention to detail and his concern about my satisfaction was excellent...
I would recommend he and his company to anyone...
