I submitted the request for a quote on the Your Roof Specialist website. The next morning I received an email from James offering to come out that day to give an estimate and stating he thought he could fix my issue on the spot. I replied “yes please do this” and sent my address.
Nobody showed up. I sent a follow up email asking if they were going to come, nobody replied. I phoned to follow up the following day, and left a detailed voicemail. Nobody called me back.
They said they would come out, and then just ghosted me.
