Gardens Glorious

Glorious Gardens are an unprofessional company lead by Christine, they promise the world but don't deliver. Also leave site in an untidy state, never finish the job always say they will get it next visit. The next time they want more money than quoted but do even less. Do yourself a favour and DO NOT go through the same aggrevation that she put us through. When you approach her to correct issues she is rude and defensive and always has some excuse.

Contacted this company to help me with some jobs I couldnt do myself.
The whole experience was brilliant from beginning to end. Christine and staff were efficient, friendly and did more than was asked.

Communication was timely and I intend to use them again and again therefore I highly recommend their services

This company provides an excellent service. The owner is informative and very personable. I highly recommend them. I am seriously considering garden maintenance in addition to snow clearing this year.

Christine and her team did a remarkable job on our back and side yards, installing flagstone in a careful and aesthetic way, even incorporating a 15 year old path in the process and replacing grass with new sod. We loved watching the team do their magic swiftly and with care. The results are phenomenal and the team was so careful to ensure we approved each step before they took it on. My husband and I learned so much how stone pathways are designed and built. The price tag was much lower than we expected for such a vast area. Our yard has never looked so beautiful. We are so very grateful!

I found Christine and her team great to work with. She listened to my ideas, and sees our yard as a project that we will work on over time. I get texts about plantings for the spring in the fall. She also looks to save my money where possible. I asked why she hadn’t included mulch in our plan and she said it would be a waste as it’s October and winter is so tough on mulch. She recommended we wait until spring. My husband and I look forward to a long term relationship with Christine as the yard continues to mature.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. From beginning to end my experience was horrific. Christine is very difficult to deal with. Not only did i I get the wrong products, they were dead in less than 10 days and the owner did nothing to fix the issue. I paid over $1600 for a horrible looking backyard. I promise you going with this company would be a bad mistake. There are so many reputable companies out there. Do not waste your time. Christine will make promises and not deliver on any. It's so unfortunate but a lesson I hope nobody else has to face. Stay clear of Garden Glorious

Nightmare continues 1 yr later:

Hired Christine at Glorious Gardens May of 2017, for remove and installation of 35 new cedars total disaster:

One year later & 10,000 later still correcting all the problems caused by the poor workmanship.

Destroyed our existing irrigation system, with no concern at all had to have new system installed.

Horrific drainage problems due to not disposing the dirt removed from work site after installing new cedars just left it all behind,.. hence changing the grading and causing terrible drainage problems had to have 2 French drains installed for proper drainage.

Have since had to replace 17 of the cedars due to poor planting procedures no transplant products used and hardly any soil...

Not a company I’d ever recommend!

I had Christine and her team came in to regrade my backyard and give it a much-needed face lift. She and her team installed a beautiful flagstone patio and reconstructed the garden beds. Looks awesome now! They did a nice job and cleaned up neatly before they left. I would certainly recommend their services to friends and neighbours.

I needed a last-minute tidy up due to a party this (labour day) weekend. Christine was excellent, very thorough and accommodating with my last minute request! I will certainly be using gardens glorious again.

We hired Gardens Glorious for the removal of cedars and replanting of new ones ( 35 ). We are very disappointed with their workmanship left our gardens a total mess after completion destroyed our irrigation system , we were not satisfied with the services you have provided, our concerns were not addressed in a professional manner.
Quote:"The fact of the matter is I gave you a great deal,"... and " that if I went anywhere else I would have paid double ". You quoted on the job, you decided to do the job that should not reflect on the quality the finished job.
Would never recommend this company!
