Basement Renovation review in
Simcoe County
After meeting with 2 other contractors I liked the vibe and communication I had immediately with Joel; he listened, advised, provided written estimates and worked with my budget. I had serious issues with interior water seepage due to ice damning and knew I had to do major work. Joel helped me decide what was necessary and what extras we would work on. I will be getting him back to renovate the basement (and can't wait!).
