Maxaire

I had Maxaire come in to clean and check my furnace to make sure everything is running well. They always do a great job and provide a lot of information on my HVAC system. I highly recommend Maxaire.

3 companies failed to fix my heat and then I was referred to Maxaire. Karnik was prompt and sent a technician ASAP. Ekrem walked in and said he wasn’t going to leave until I had heat. He explained the issue and fixed it promptly.
Highly recommend and will use maxaire again.

Karnik is an amazing guy, from the start he explained how he does business upfront and honest, without any cat and mouse games like a lot of these guys out there. We were very satisfied with Ben and Chris installing ductwork in our basement. They are amazing and kind guys. They did a phenomenal job keeping us abreast of what was the plan for the day, they cleaned up after themselves, ran a tight ship and kept things orderly which we appreciated. They had respect for our belongings when moving things around to access certain points of the basement, which we are appreciative for. We highly recommend MaxAire for any heating and cooling /vent work to be installed. Clean job (taped off the joints between vents so no air leakage. These are the go-to guys for all things heating and cooling. I can't say enough about how great of a job they did and how satisfied we are with the end product to heat up our house. We took out all the radiators to install vent work for propane to save on our heating costs for our family. MaxAire was very understanding, and delivered. Most importantly, it's their character I appreciated most, of all 3 men. Kind, honest, hard-working, clean professional job. 

NTI boiler needed some new parts. They came on time and told me exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. Friendly and professional.

Everything went well from the first call to Maxaire to the A/C installation.
Karnik was friendly and very helpful. Ben & Chris did a great job.

Its been almosr 2 yrs until i finally decided on ny furnace unit. Initially a company beginning with a letrer "R" cme to look at my furnace said i needed a new a/c unit due to corrosion. He wasnt happy with my i will "consider it" and stormed off unpleasantly. Sincw then i've read nunerous reviews about heating and cooling service providers and also bout furnaces. From my research i called Karnik at Maxaire. Firstly he reassured me the a/c unit was ok. He has also been quick to respond to my texts over the 2 yrs about various furnace units.
Finally this June i went ahead with the furnace. Karnik sent his technician Ben to inspect my current set. Ben was super friendly and spent over an hour answering all my questions. He had potential solutions for the over the garage bedroom difficult to heat/cool. More importantly he presented himself with integrity (like Karnik).
I decided on a Goodman unit (10yr parts and labour included), upgraded humidifier and air filter (5"). Since then ive noticed a quieter furnace, better cooling throughout my 3 story home (esp above 1fhe garage bedroom!), significantly less dust (esp on the hardwood stairwell) and my basement dehumidifier doesnt need to run.
Ben and his assistant did a fantastic job with the installation and were very conscious with protecting the flooring and clean up. Karnik made frequent texts about how the furnace was operating. They have been sensarional and i would highly recommend them!

Thank you Karnik! Your assistance, no pressure, fully informative manner helped when my AC stopped working and furnace followed (end of summer, and just as a very cold winter started). I did due diligence by getting quotes from several companies, then decided on Maxaire because Ben was the only one who inspected the furnace and AC, and you presented his recommendations in a thorough and comprehensive, but easy to understand way without being pushy. I really appreciated that!

The installers arrived on time & ready to work. The old units were removed (the disposal is taken care of by Maxaire), the new ones were installed in a relatively short period of time. I was impressed with the amount of care taken to clean the housing after the old unit was removed & before the new one was inserted. I’m sure originally it was never that clean! The installers were very polite and knowledgeable. When they were finished, they vacuumed the area and returned any furniture that had been displaced. You would hardly know they’d been here. They have continued to follow up with me to see if everything is working as expected and now that’s it’s finally summer I am using them and everything is working great!

A good friend recommended maxaire to me, and I am very pleased he did. Maxaire was very quick to respond to my initial inquiry and set up a time for a tech to come. The tech that they sent, Ben, was prompt, courteous and thorough. He went through a check list of things to make sure our AC will be good for the season, as well as quickly diagnosed why water was coming out where it shouldn't, and helped us to correct the problem. (we accidentally had two return air ducts blocked which caused an air flow issue). We are very pleased with MaxAire and would definitely use them again for future issues with our AC and our yearly seasonal maintenance.
