On a cold Saturday late in the afternoon our smart thermostat failed to work. After doing some quick research on HomeStars I called Maxaire to see what went wrong. A same day appointment was offered to me. Erick showed up and checked out the issue. It seems our old furnace has reached it's service life span. The next day, Karnik provided suggestions on a replacement furnace. On Monday, Erick and his colleague replaced the furnace quickly and professionally. Thorough out the whole process, I have only good things to say about the company and will not hesitate to recommend Maxaire to my family and friends who are looking for a good company to service them for their heating and AC needs.
