Vemex Caulking And Weatherproofing

Vemex did an excellent job recaulking all our windows, doors and pipes. They were responsive to any questions and rescheduled quickly when rain was forecast for date of the job. On the day of the job, the manager, Veronica, came to explain what would be done. She also called after the job was complete for any feedback. The four workers did a great job caulking and cleaned up all the old caulking that had been removed. They also washed all the windows. The price of the job was reasonable. We would highly recommend Vemex.

Veronica is amazing. Veronica and her crew did a professional job, clean, polite and very accommodating to my request. I would recommend them to my family. Price is very fair for there workmanship.

My house is 10 years old and there was a lot of draft coming in causing huge condensation and mold at the window sills so I contacted Jorge at Vemex in November 2016 to come and give me a quote to re caulk the entire house . The job was completed efficiently in 6 hours and I was present to supervise their work. I am very happy to say that it is now March and there has been no condensation at all and there has been no cold drafts in the house. my furnace that used to run constantly to keep the temperature was set at 70 and we could hardly feel it come on .Jorge and his team of 4 guys were fantastic and professional. The team did an excellent job caulking our windows and doors and we would not hesitate to recommend them! We received a response from Veronica shortly after contacting them unlike other companies which did not even bother to return our calls. Veronica was a pleasure to work with as she coordinated with us everything that needed to be done. The team who did the work were very professional from beginning to end and we are very happy with the end result! There were no hidden costs, everything was provided to us upfront and the company offered a 10yr warranty on the work performed. Overall, a really great experience!

Main purpose of the visit was to caulk my outside windows which really needed it as they hadn't been done in years.
They removed all the old caulking and applied new caulking. Were VERY clean, (cleaning up all mess made from removal). And were very respectful. Would highly recommend.

I called Vemex about 2 weeks ago and set up an appointment for Nov.5th. They were professional, on time, and very neat and clean throughout the process. An explanation of what was to be done was given. A full walk through was done at the end, and prior to paying, my warranty was given to me. Great job. I highly recommend them.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. BUT MISSED ONE WINDOW. I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES BUT NEVER COME BACK. I PAID WITHOUT CHECKING CAREFULLY. WHEN U HIRE THESE GUYS, U HAVE TO TAKE A RECEIPT / WARRANTY LETTER SOON AFTER COMPLETION OF THE JOB. OTHERWISE, U DO NOT GET ANY. MAKE SURE ALL WINDOWS ARE DONE OR NO ? IF THEY ARE GONE THEY DO NOT COME BACK AGAIN.

I recently had all exterior windows re-caulked by Vemex and their workmanship exceeded my expectations. Jorge (the owner) and his team re-caulked everything that had a seal like windows and doors, vents and all pipes exiting the house. They arrived promptly; they worked expeditiously; they cleaned up impeccably.
My house is less than 4 years old but I noticed that the builders caulking was already cracking and exposing the gaps between the window frames and the brick walls. After Jorge and his team skillfully replaced the caulking I immediately saw that the seals were thicker and more impenetrable and robust than when we took possession of the new house. The quality and attention to detail the team provided in this particular service (Vemex performs other services I’m sure with the same level of excellence) gives me the assurance that winter has no chance of penetrating my house.
