GTA stone countertop's reputation did not disappointed even during a pandemic they exceed all my expectations and did a great job in my kitchen and bathrooms. From the first call I made to them, they were quick and professional, providing me a quote and scheduled a home visit in just a few hours. I was expecting a longer than usual turn around because of COVID, but 2 weeks was much quicker than I had expected.

Even when I had some last minute changes to cabinets that needed remeasuring there was no hesitation to send someone out, not once, but TWICE because just because they wanted to be sure the counter had the right angle where it met the wall. I was impressed by the attention to detail, especially because its definitely not a short drive to Kingston. If I can say anything about this company, its that they will definitely get your counter right, down to the details. For those worried about the pandemic like I was the person who came to measure wore full body protection, mask, a face shield and even foot covers. Customer service was great, I called and was called lots of times to make sure things were on schedule and my questions were always answered, no complaints about any of the counters and vanities, edges and seams were all clean and easy on the eyes. Their sales rep Joyce helped my wife and I pick the colours and suggested black for the kitchen, we're both really happy with how that turned out.

This was a great company to have chose for my house, very happy with my choice. I know that my job was not the smoothest or closest, but they really went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect even out here in Kingston.
