Joyce was a pleasure to work with. Great communicator, answered all our questions promptly prior to the in-home consultation. She met us at our cottage on time, and coming from the GTA 90 minutes north could be a bit challenging on a Friday evening. She brought samples and provided advice based on her many years of experience, not only as a sales person but also taking the correct measurements for the quartz countertop production. The installers are true professionals. They are clean, aware, patient, intelligent, polite, and most importantly very accurate and precise with the install. We highly recommend Countertop Pro and will definitely be using their services again.
