Victoria
We purchased a savaria elevator in victoria from Home elevators and every once in a while it just stops working for no known reason. This last time there was someone in it! We called home elevators and then after we didnt get a call back we phoned everyone in the book. We finaly had to call the fire dept. to get her out.I finaly got a call back from the installer/home elevators asking me if she was still in there I said no that we had to call the fire dept. I called the head office and they said that they were no longer dealing with the home elevator installer people in victoria b. c. anymore. It will probably start working again on its own just like it did before but now were all afraid to use it. We are not toohappy.
