I would not recommend this company. I was extremely disappointed with their service.
Their technician replaced a faulty capacitor tested and declared the furnace functional, two months
Later the same problem appeared again. Instead of offering another checking of the furnace I was told
That I needed a new motor and other stuff. Of course there would be another service charge etc. etc. I declined and went with another company, that gave me excellent service and solved the problem. I feel that Summers and Smith had no intention whatever to provide or extend any warranty for their previous work two month earlier.
