I knew I wanted to stick with Lennox, my old Pulse was still going strong but wanted to be proactive with a new high tech EL296V installation, WiFi thermostat, automatic humidifier. Summers & Smith were a bit higher than the next bid but have never disappointed me in the past.
Difficult install, 5' crawl space, vented through existing clay tile chimney. Very pleased with the crew, thorough and competent. Spent time training me on the WiFi thermostat. Entire installation neat as a pin, left the cellar spotless, took good care with covering carpets. First Class!!
