Mike from sales department came to review my home and recommended equipment needs. Was able to obtain a competitive price and Charlotte took over to book installation and deposit. Helio and James were top-notch for installation. Courteous, polite and professional. They showed respect for our home and cleaned up with broom and vacuum once the job was completed. Warranty was applied for and sent to me after the fact without having to do it myself which was a bonus. Id recommend S&S and the whole team for HVAC needs.
