I believe everyone deserves a 2nd chance in life.... its a tough business, mistakes were obviously made and you were just starting out.

As reading this is both upsetting and unfortunate I understand your feelings. While I can't agree I empathize with your frustration, as I said before my self and Kurt are happy free of charge to fix any issues you may have. I would implore anyone reading to continue on to other reviews and make a fair opinion.
