Junk Army

I called junk army on a Sunday morning and to my surprise they were able to come by same day to give a quote. This is at my parents house my father is downsizing because my mom passed about 6 months ago. They were able to come same day gave a very fair quote and got to work. By the time they were done they had totally packed there truck top to bottom front to back with years and years of household items. The next day I received a call regarding a family heirloom that had got mistakenly packed in with the other items. This item had been in the family for over 100 years. It's amazing to find someone that would care enough to take the time to return such an item after the job and payment was complete. Highly recommend junk army and would use their service again. You can pay for services and trucks but not very often do u find someone that is empathetic and demonstrates a high level of integrity.

We really appreciate the quick response from Junk Army. During the Easter long weekend they were able to come by within the same day called to give us a quote to remove our garbage/ junk in the garage. We would highly recommend them as they were easy to connect with, quick, efficient and professional. In summary we basically pointed and all the garbage/junk disappeared. Thank you so much for making our move easier with such short notice.

I ordered a couch for the new condo I bought and I completely forgot about the delivery, I needed to get rid of my old couch asap. I called Junk Army, within 2 hours they were here. They took the things I needed them to take (with the exception of the couch because my girlfriend forgot to leave me the key to our locker). He gave me a reasonable price to come back the next day and pick up the couch. They have great personalities, very friendly, and charismatic. I would highly recommend them any time someone needs anything taken away, I will use them again for sure!

Super friendly, professional, and efficient junk removal service that included breaking down and removing my large furniture. From scheduling an estimate to the junk removal date, Tom was terrific to work with. The estimate and actual cost matched up, and the rate was quite reasonable for the amount of junk I needed removed. What I loved the best was saving money due having a large volume of junk that was deemed recoverable. More money in my pocket while reducing landfill waste makes me happy :D
