Mehdi and his team did a great job! They were very prompt when answering any text/calls/questions that I may of had. The job was to renovate a rental bathroom and kitchen and needed it done asap. They were able to start right away and got the job done within the time frame they quoted and on budget.
The work was great and they did everything that I asked to a high standard.
I will definitely be using Mehdi and his team for any other jobs in the future. Highly recommend.

We used Emian Construction for our basement bathroom reno and loved the work they did, so we decided to use them for our front of house facelift as well. We are SO happy with the work that was done again! Mehdi and his team were quick to complete the job, kept us in the loop at all times, and worked closely with us to ensure that we were happy.
We had requested a rather tricky privacy wall that was to be part of our new porch and Mehdi made it happen, we love the look!
Emain also did a great job of keeping our front lawn clear of all the garbage and depris that comes with rebuliding. Highly recommend Emain Construction!

Mehdi and his team did an amazing job on turning our bathroom/laundry combo room into two separate rooms. Emian came recommended and Im so glad we used them! Mehdi was quick to quote, start the job, and get it completed. Mehdi and team were reliable, hard working and patient.
I felt that we were constantly kept in the loop as to what was happening, lots of communication. Emian really wants you to be happy with the end result and we really are, I can't recommend them enough. We've already booked our next project with them - a front of house refresh.

Following the completion of my home renovation project, I decided to use Emian Construction to renovate my rental condo between tenants.
Due to the new tenants move in date, I needed the work to be completed in less than a month - and they delivered!
Scope:
-Updated bathroom (new vanity, mirror, lighting, new fan)
-Painting of entire condo (1000 sqft) - repair of plaster walls damaged by humidity
-Install new lighting fixtures in dining room and kitchen
-Installation of 3 doors
-repair of screen door to balcony and some floor repairs
-Install window coverings
-Install new microwave/ventless hood combo unit in kitchen

I was happy that the work was completed on time and of high quality. My new tenants were happy with the finished product. Pricing was fair and condo was left clean. Easy communication.

In May 2022, Emian Construction started on our home renovation project that had engineer design drawings and a permit. In short, they did an excellent job and were great to work with. Mehdi is very responsive and kept us in the loop on all of the different stages of the project. We will continue to work with them in the future.

The scope of work was to extend an existing old wood sided extension that covered a back stairwell that was not used anymore and turn it into a sunroom/office on the second floor, and a larger mudroom on the first floor. In addition, the room connected to this extension was repurposed - from an old laundry room, to new family room. We moved our laundry to the basement, and Emian completed the plumbing work and drywalling in this new area.
A new airsource heat pump was installed to supplement heating/cooling on the first/second extended areas, as well as the third floor which heating/cooling from existing vents were not effective.

It was a complicated, multi-phased project that was completed in October. If it weren't for delays in receiving new siding material, it would have been done sooner.

Incredible work by Mehdi and his colleagues. They were communicative, prompt, and did a fabulous job building and cleaning up afterwards.

My internet cable needed to be disconnected in order to complete the project. Mehdi thought to bring a cable extender to minimize disruptions. It's thoughtful details like those that go a long way - thank you!

With a short notice from our side, they visited our basement to be finished and accordingly, provided us with an affordable quote along with marvelous recommendations. They suggested opening a side entrance door for the basement with an awesome total cost, thereby resulting in a considerably improved quality of residence for us and our future tenants.
Mehdi is very honest, patient experienced such that we had an upgraded basement in less than two months. He really surpassed our expectations.

I dont even know where to start. Emian answered our request in a very short amount of time. They visited our house very quickly and provided us with a very fair and detailed quotation very fast. Emian started our job on time and they completed the job amazingly in the time span they had. Throughout the process, we had a couple of extra requests and Emian was extremely nice, patient, and considerate about it and they provided us with fair extra costs for these extra requests. Overall, Im more than happy and extremely satisfied with how the job turned out and I will definitely come back to them for any other projects. 100% recommend!

Mehdi from Emian Construction Group was terrific. He managed our expectations well with prompt communication. He was here for two full days and worked extremely hard with his coworker to complete the job. We are very satisfied with his work and appreciate that he did such a great job of cleaning up after he was done.

Mehdi & Team did an amazing job with my Toronto condo renovation! They were able to fit my project in on very short notice to accommodate my schedule, and had a quick turnaround time. In one month they managed to remove popcorn ceiling/install a drop ceiling and potlights, completely renovate the kitchen (cupboards, counters, backsplash), paint, upgrade some plumbing, and replace the bathroom vanity and mirror.

Communication was always very smooth and prompt, including the initial quotation. Mehdi was very honest and upfront with any additional costs for upgrades that I requested. He was also very helpful with design and colour choices, which made the stress of a full renovation much easier on me.
