Following the completion of my home renovation project, I decided to use Emian Construction to renovate my rental condo between tenants. Due to the new tenants move in date, I needed the work to be completed in less than a month - and they delivered! Scope: -Updated bathroom (new vanity, mirror, lighting, new fan) -Painting of entire condo (1000 sqft) - repair of plaster walls damaged by humidity -Install new lighting fixtures in dining room and kitchen -Installation of 3 doors -repair of screen door to balcony and some floor repairs -Install window coverings -Install new microwave/ventless hood combo unit in kitchen I was happy that the work was completed on time and of high quality. My new tenants were happy with the finished product. Pricing was fair and condo was left clean. Easy communication.

Alex and his team did a thorough job cleaning between tenants. It appeared that these tenants did not clean/dust in the year that they were living there. I liked that he took the time at the beginning and end to discuss what they will work on, possible difficult spots, and what was done. Sets up expectations appropriately. Only reason I dropped a star was for punctuality - last minute change in meet up time caused some inconvenience on my end for child care. However, I would recommend for a job well done.
