The exterior outlets on my house had not been working for quite some time and the breaker switch kept flipping to off when I tried to reset it. AV was recommended from a friend and responded promptly to my call. When Brian from AV came to investigate, the problem had resolved itself! I was baffled, embarrassed, and expecting to pay for his time at the least. He offered to check everything thoroughly and charged me nothing. I so appreciated his willingness to accommodate my work schedule, coming over on a very cold winter evening, and his generosity. Thanks again, Brian!
