Movers: Arrived on time, very professional, wrapped everything carefully, filled their truck like Tetris, all business / no screwing around.
Carpet Cleaning: Again very professional, phoned the day of to confirm time, thorough and personable. His machine's pump failed with about 15% left of the house remaining - he was back the next morning with a fresh machine and fans to make sure everything was dry for the move the following day.
Highly recommend.

Oh that was so bad. The pumps failed with like one room left and the stairs! To be honest, that usually happens once every two years or so. I had to boogie around town to find someone who had the part and barely made it by 5pm! It was a bit of a rat race that one but it worked out great!
