They don’t move anything. Not even a mat.
Complained about having to clean the whole time.
My son heard all their complaining and whining and judgemental comments. Four hours to clean 1 floor, three people. Accidentally Changed temperature on fridge freezer. Had to throw away $200 in thawed food.
Mistakes were made. After contact with management things were corrected. A partial rebate was given and accepted as a good Will gesture.

We at POSH are sometimes not perfect, HOWEVER we ALWAYS hold customer concerns in very high priority, proactively responding, and providing every reasonable resolution to satisfy the customer.
In this case, we DID NOT communicate directly with the homeowner who wrote this review:
The Real Estate agent booked the cleaning service with POSH on behalf of the homeowner. She did reach out to us after the job was completed with some concerns which the client had relayed to her. We replied accordingly, from her response it was our understanding that POSH's response was satisfactory.
We can understand why the homeowner would be frustrated. Due to the disconnect between him and POSH he may feel as if his concerns were not taken seriously.
We will now attempt to get in touch directly with the homeowner who wrote this review and seek an amicable resolution. As mentioned, POSH responds proactively. We hope that this client will give us the opportunity to find a mutual agreed upon resolution.
