Cactus Landscaping

We contracted with Cactus to remove part of existing deck and build a new porch (deck material) and patio stone in the backyard. The project had some hiccups, including damage to our irrigation system and a misalignment of the deck positioning. With that being said, Kirill and the team addressed all the issues.

This is a younger company that does good work, but I think would benefit from a few minor process updates to their projects. They provide clear and detailed contracts but I think including drawings would be helpful. Some of the miscommunication was because the team working on the project did not have accurate drawings that we had seen and could communicate. Some of the workers did not speak English either so having a picture with detailed measurements would be helpful. Secondly, the workers go fast, which I understand why they need to, but it did cause for some sloppy work that had to get fixed near the end. It all got fixed and we're happy, it just could have been avoided in the first place.

Overall we're happy with the end product.

Cactus crew was great to work with! They started and completed the work on time and on budget. Im very pleased with the end result and would strongly recommend.

I reached out to Cactus in January based on their Instagram and reviews when I wanted to get a jump start and on the schedule early. I decided to take an alternative route, although my instinct was to book with Cactus. Come May, my initial plans did not work out, and I reached back out to Cactus. Thankfully they remembered me and accommodated my schedule and suggested they can help out. I even supplied the stone and electrical, and they were willing to accomodate.

It is clear Edgar and Cactus cares. Edgar showed up a few times a week, and kept close contact with me to ensure I am happy and ensure communications and expectations were clear. Edgar cares not only about the job, but most importantly, about you as a home owner. Edgar wanted to make sure I was always happy and making sure my expectations were met.

The crew truly cares. They would often ask me of decisions prior to making any cuts, or they'd offer their opinion on what would look best in certain situations.

I had the back yard cleaned up with a retaining wall, new sod and a new tree box for the cherry tree. The work was completed in a week and Cactus ended up putting down additional sod for no additional cost which I really appreciated

We have a not too large backyard and cactus landscaping made it so beautiful. Our kids can play now . There was a storm water drain which added to the complexity but they managed it very well keeping in mind that the design looks beautiful too . Many of our neighbors had complimented us on our beautiful backyard now . Thank you cactus landscaping.

Cactus did an amazing job with re-doing our whole outdoor space and are fast! We are still in awe with the quality and amazing craftsmanship! From day one communication was easy and we didn't have to worry about them coming/not, what time, etc. They even cleaned up every night! If I had any questions, it was easy to get a hold of them, regardless of day/time. We made a lot of adjustments during the process, but they made it possible to accommodate our requests and were transparent when it really couldn't be done; but still offered alternatives! They just want you to be happy! Their team are all very friendly, professional and hardworking! Pictures don't do their work any justice and we are looking forward to working with them again in the near future!

Reached out to Cactus to estimate a few options for a backyard project. They were able to provide cost estimates for each option allowing us to pick what we wanted to do. Once contract was signed, they started quickly and were able to move through the process at a great pace. They kept everything clean during the project and cleaned up every night. Kirill and Edgar were both very responsive to any questions we had (would respond immediately most times). They completed everything as quoted and promised. We are very happy with our backyard update.
Cactus completed the installation of the turf, retaining wall, expansion of patio and reface of deck /railings with composite material.

I called Cactus Landscaping to build a front parking pad. Kirill came by the next day to make an estimate, and he gave us good advice on the final design. Kirill was responsive to communication before, during, and after the project was complete.

The price was good and the work was fast and of good quality. We used the same pavers to match the existing mutual driveway, and it turned out looking good. We've gotten a lot of compliments from neighbors, who say "it looks like it's always been there." They also built a retaining wall using our existing armor stones to support the rest of the existing front yard.

The guys were friendly and hard working. They did most of the job in 2 long days, and then came by to clean up the last details on the 3rd day.
