Mgh Renovations

Overall, MGH (and owner Mario) did a great job on our basement shower renovation. We needed to have an existing shower in our basement completely torn down and re-done.

At the beginning, he was quick to come in for an initial quote. When we were ready to do the job, he was able to start within a reasonable time frame. When a couple minor things came up along the way, he was quick to respond and ensured that we were fully satisfied with the resolution. When/if he was not doing the work himself, Mario would come regularly to inspect the work at our house that his team was doing. I received many quotes and MGH was priced very fairly. His pricing was in the sweet spot for us of being reasonably priced and good value for money. Mario was friendly, knowledgeable and timely. We would recommend MGH to others and would likely use in the future for other renovation projects.

We first contacted MGH to renovate the main bathroom. The work was done so well and we were so pleased with it that we contracted MGH to renovate the rest of the main floor.
Mario and his team are skilled professionals, polite and tidy. They were very accommodating to our ideas and us.
On both the bathroom and main floor projects Mario was on time and in budget. He was very helpful in design ideas. He went above and beyond our expectations.He and his team of pros are amazing. Mario and his team are fantastic to deal with. We wanted to have a finished basement and the final look was exactly what we had hoped for. He surrounds himself with a very competent group of individuals who are all capable and sensitive to feedback. I found them all very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with; particularly Jorge.

The work was completed in November 2017 and 1 year later, Mario was no less accommodating when having to follow-up on things that required fixing; as we were within our warranty period. The truth is, nothing major (nada) required any attention; just a few minor drywall fixes (which is typical when the materials start to settle in). The man stands by his work.

Mario provided an excellent experience even as our requests changed. He was able to stay on budget and offer great suggestions on how to improve the design. Mario quickly followed up even 6 months after the renovation was completed when we had a follow up concern that needed to be addressed.

We had a fantastic experience working with Mario and his team. We found them to be very reliable, efficient, skilled and just generally great to work with. You can tell Mario genuinely cares about his clients and wants them to be happy with the work. He always goes well out of his way to find solutions that you'll like and he will re-do things if he thinks they could be done better. We had him demo a kitchen in our basement, and knock out a wall to connect two rooms and create a large gym room. The final result is my dream gym and I could not be happier about it. We'll definitely be using MGH again in the future and recommending them to friends and family.

We have recently had our basement finished by MGH Renovations. We are very happy with the results that included major plumbing and electrical work. Mario and his team were very helpful with ideas and suggestions throughout the project. We would not hesitiate to recome​nd MGH Renovations for any project ... large or small.

We recently had our shower room renovated with MGH. The team was considerate and always clean up the floor when they were done for the day. Mario was professional and response our questions timely. They did great job. We would recommend MGH to our friends.

Mario and his crew had completed other small job for my family before. This time we wanted to renovate our rental property to put it up for sale. Mario and his crew took his job finishing it on time and with excellent workmanship. The house was sold in less than a week for almost asking price.
