Ralph and his team did an amazing job of refinishing my hardwood floor and they were able to create the exact colour in the stain that I was looking for. I am very happy with the result and would highly recommend them to any one looking to refinish their hardwood floor.

Ralph and Phillip did an excellent job from start to finish for our small kitchen and front entrance. Ralph always responded to my questions quickly and was very professional and helpful prior to and during the job. We had a mixture of laminate and ceramic floors in our condo. It was ugly and the laminate was peeling. I was very disappointed with our floors. We got Ralph and his team to come and redo our floors. Extremely convenient with them. We got our new vinyl planks from Ralph and had his team to install it in two days. Our floors are now beautiful. We are so happy to have chosen Focus on flooring for our renovation.

Ralph and his team did an excellent job laying laminate and vinyl flooring in our home covering approx 2500 sq feet. They removed the existing flooring and completely changed the look of the home. His team were respectful to our home and worked around other crews also completing work in the home. Very organized and upfront pricing compared to many other stores visited for pricing. Ralph and his team did a great job. This is a review after 2+ years since the installation of a new hardwood floor and refinishing stairs, and the work has proven to be of great quality and lasting value. Ralph organized everything really well, there are a lot of moving pieces in these jobs, and all crews showed up as scheduled. The floor install was done in an unbelievable pace and at great quality. The install crew were accommodating, they fixed small imperfections that we pointed out from time to time. Stairs and a new railing were done by another crew, who were very professional and very proud of their work as well. Well done. Ralph agreed to fix a few details near the end of the job, which showed his professional approach, no hassle at all. Happy to have had this company do the work, it is beautiful to this day (and will be for quite some time), the guys were knowledgeable and skilled in what they were doing, they advised of potential issues, levelled the surfaces where needed, added a pillar on the stairs where there wasn't one before etc.

Ralph and the team took care of all of the details. They removed the old carpet, supplied and installed the wood, they moved my furniture, installed painted shoe mouldings and repaired a few other things including reinstalling a barn door that was too low for the new floor.
