When he came to our house, he had the right equipment, replaced the pump quickly and tested it out. His explanations were clear and he was courteous and friendly. Mr. Miller came out promptly after I called and examined our problem toilet. He ordered parts and sent his employees back two days later to replace the valve and flapper.
