Better if the rates were based upon the job ease itself, and items removed, rather than simply a base rate, but suppose that is the method, which has been determined? Only took like 10 minutes of time?

Built and used a large cathouse for 30 years, but it now needed some renos or it needed to be dismantled. Chose to dismantle it. Then it needed to be removed from the backyard. So we called Junk 4. We had called them before to do a removal of basement junk and found them to be a great service: fast, reliable and courteous, and charged a resonable rate. So we called them again. Plus we like what they do and stand for.

From the get go, everyone with whom I spoke was courteous, professional and efficient in handling of the project. The organization sent an email reminder of the details of the project one day prior to the pick up date and then called when pick up occurred. I received a discount because the materials to be picked up were already placed outside the building. The organization also expressed appreciation for supporting them in their efforts to invest resources back into the local community. A wonderful nonprofit organization!

Two very professional, gentlemen came at expected time. They efficiently removed a very heavy sofa and an arm chair. I felt the cost was reasonable. The whole transaction took about twenty minutes. Highly recommend this company.

Except for not getting here until 11 they were great. Once they were here they Had it all loaded on the truck in an hour. They were friendly and efficient. They even helped me bring up a stove from the basement
