We had Fred and his crew to remodel our kitchen and we are really satisfied with the work and his work ethic. No hidden fees or surprises.

Fred and his crew were able to provide us with an impressive renovation, of our two outdated bathrooms, from start to finish. I appreciated Fred's honesty and professionalism. Pastor, his main man was also fantastic, so attentive and meticulous. They were both knowledgeable, and able to guide us through the process seamlessly. Fred's initial quote was reasonable and he stuck to the estimated cost for this job. We also appreciated being able to make small changes as they proceeded with the work. Having dealt with several contractors in the past, I felt that this renovation was easier and quicker thanks to Fred's expertise and him being so easy to work with. We were also happy with his team of professional trades: plumbing, tile, drywall and electrician. We are so happy with the our new bathrooms, just what we had envisioned. Thanks again Fred!

We had Wood Buffalo completely renovate a Old Strathcona condo that we rent out to our son. The condo was stripped to the bare floor and drywall. The kitchen was completely done as were two bathrooms. The drywall was repaired and painted and new flooring and lighting installed throughout. We also had a ductless A/C unit installed in the living room since the condo is on the top floor and would get very hot in the summer.

Renovations are always challenging and as many people know can sometimes be a complete nightmare. This one was challenging for Fred's team since the condo is on the third floor of a walkup. All the waste including flooring, cabinets, toilets etc needed to be trucked down the stairs and the new fixtures, flooring and cabinets were hauled up. You can imagine that it was difficult to do this without disturbing the neighbours.

We are very satisfied with the quality of the work. Obviously we had concerns along the way and Fred was very quick to address them even late at night. This is what made the biggest difference for us - his attentiveness to his work.

Also not to be forgotten. We found the price to be very reasonable given the scope of the task.

Farid was very helpful, always trying to get us a good price from the places that he deals with most of the time. He is easy to work with as he would try to give recommendations when it was time to purchase or order a product. If there were issues, he would try to fix them the best he could.
There are still a few things that needs to be touched up, I will contact Farid.
I would definitely recommend Farid for projects for home renos. Farid gave us names of places to visit to choose our materials our home renos. He gave us a detailed list of the work that had to be done and the price was always on the invoice. Very professional and easy to work with.
The moulding replacement was excellent, cannot remember his name.
We had kitchen tiles replaced, not impressed with the tiles guys (Julian) as they had to redo some of the tiles (chipped, uneven tiles) will not recommend him.
Romel the painter did an excellent job of painting and touchups. Definitely would reccomend him for painting jobs.
Sunny the plumber worked very hard to get our pipes and bathroom fixtures installed.
Some of the trades who installed the bathroom flooring needed to be redone by Farid.
Jochen S. did our kitchen cabinets, very meticulous person, replaced the upper cabinets and refaced the bottom ones. There was a delays with the cabinet install.

Overall, the house looks much better, all the honey oak has been painted or replaced. Thank you Wood Buffalo, we are happy with the renovations.

Kitchen counter top replacement as well as cutting down a pony wall. Added tile backsplash and the end result is fantastic. Months later we love our kitchen.

Fred and the crew did an awesome job with my renos. I’m looking into using them( atleast get a quote) for my future projects.

We had a wall removed to open up our kitchen, electrical upgraded, new cabinets put in, undercabinet lighting installed and new backsplash put in. Our concern with removing the wall was that the portion remaining would not be stable, we had spoken with another contractor about how it could be done and he presented​ us with an answer. When we had Fred come in and we asked him the same question he quickly gave us a better and much more aesthetic solution. It turns out that Fred has his civil engineering degree so it gave me confidence in him and I was not disappointed. Fred hired only good trades who did quality work. His price was reasonable and he was very approachable when we had questions (we did some work ourselves).
The cabinet maker Jochen made the most amazing cabinets, top quality and completely Alberta made. I have already recommended these services to others.

I'm very happy with the work that was done my house is beautiful but most of all I'm very very happy with how myself and my family where treated I've dealt with lots of contractors in previous renos and one thing about a lot of them is once they get paid the forget about you and the work they have done for I did not have that problem I was very surprise how even 7 months later there still coming for very minor touch ups I would recommend this company to any and everyone who asks me
