We first went to Renovare in June 2016. We had 2 projects we wanted to do, our kitchen counter and our laundry room counter. We chose a granite counter and back splash for the laundry. It was fabricated and installed very quickly and very well. We also chose a quartzite for our kitchen about a week later. The kitchen counter didn't get installed until October. Ross kept giving us excuses. He didn't have a truck, his partner was holding him up, the manufacturer wouldn't schedule it. This went on for over 2 months then we finally got an install date. When they carried the counter in we discovered that it was the wrong stone. The installer said "yeah right" so we showed him a picture of the slab we chose and he saw that it was wrong. He called Ross and told him and was told that it was the right stone. Since they had removed and cut up our old counter top they installed it. Ross wouldn't do anything about it. While the wrong counter was in place, we celebrated Thanksgiving. The under-mount sink fell out while doing the Thanksgiving dishes. Since Renovare wouldn't do anything for us, we hired another company to install our counter. We knew where their stone supplier was so we did get the stone we picked.
Fast forward to September 2020. Our washing machine quit so we purchased a new set only to find out that they are built 3" higher than the old ones. We contacted Ross to rework our laundry room granite. He said yes and the excuses started again. He finally said the 1st week in January. Here it is the 1st week in February and he has never shown up or answered our emails.
