My husband asked me to book a home inspection for our new prospective home. I was excited! My first homeowner responsibility! So, I got to work doing my due diligence and researching different recommended companies from our realtor and reading various reviews from Google and Facebook. Odds On Home Inspection blew their competitors out of the water by the overwhelming positive reviews and made my first homeowner decision really easy. When I called to book, they answered right away, were flexible with some times in the condition dates I provided and just as I was hanging up the phone a text came through confirming our appointment and a reminder of the requested information we had discussed, with a quote on services! The report was very detailed and thorough, not only was my husband very impressed, but my father-in-law also read the report and was captivated by how detailed the report was!
