After having purchased several homes over the years, both new and not so new, I've seen different levels of inspections from pretty thorough to not so much. Chris from Odds on Home was excellent, very thorough, efficient, very easy to talk to and explained everything, he was very professional and was able to find a few deficiencies that would've become a problem in the future and found one pretty bad oversight during the construction of the house that if not for the inspection, I would've had serious water damage after moving in. I highly recommend this company and especially Chris. Great job and very affordable as well. I would advise everyone to have every home, even brand new ones, inspected to avoid any potential future issues. Have Chris at Odds on Home do the inspection, you'll be glad you did.
