Jon was there early, let me interrupt with a million questions and took the time at the end to explain in detail his findings and how to interpret the photos and read the report that was delivered before the time line he advised. He was friendly and knowledgeable and over delivered on the promises he made. Being in customer service myself I feel like this is over and above service from a reputable company.
