Odds On Home Inspections

I had a home inspection done and was very impressed with Jon. He was thorough and gave a lot of helpful advice on what areas of the home would need to be prioritized and when. He also took the time explain what tools he used to assess certain conditions, which I appreciated.

As an added bonus - as a female buyer - I didn't feel like he spoke down to me or tried to dumb things down. I was confident he gave me the same level of service he would to anyone.
