Unfortunately one of the employees scratched our brand new hardwood floors in multiple rooms.
We are still waiting for the manager to resolve the issue with the floors.
There has been little communication on when the floors will be fixed.
Not punctual and caused damaged to floors
With the exception of the first day, the employee (s) were not on time, there was no communication about the employee/crew being late but just excuses when they did arrive.
One employee scratched the floors, and when askwd about it tried to blame the other person on site (which was a plumber!!!) The manager Sean has done nothing to resolve the issue. Sean made a commitment to have someone out to fix the floors and another employee to finish the painting. Neither of which have happened.
