Don't use this company - Mustafa untrustworthy
I hired this company to smooth the popcorn ceilings in my place. They came for 3 days and then never finished the work. They left my place with so much dust and dirt and the ceilings not even halfway finished. They smoked in my condo, did not protect my floors from damage, didn't clean up, verbally abused and threatened me, swore at me, and threatened the security guards in my building.

Unfortunately, we have very little specific comment in response to this review as we believe it to be an illegitimate review. Unfortunately, the reviewer in this case has only provided 1 review and has neither posted their contact information or photos of the work in question.
Although we have raised our concerns with HomeStars staff, the only requirements for a post (as per HomeStars policy) are a valid email, postal code and online name and neighbourhood.
As for this review, we are certainly unaware aware of any job we’ve completed that remotely fits this description. We know this for the following reasons:
Most importantly a condo job is never 3 days
We never request payment until a job is finished and is inspected to the homeowner’s satisfaction. Frankly, if we “don’t finish the work”, we don’t get paid and that is something we like to avoid. (we have bills to pay too :-) . In many cases, we spent extra time on a job just to live up to our own expectations. We’ve been in the business long enough to know that every job well done represents an opportunity for referrals. We invite you to read through our many other reviews to confirm this.
We have significant experience with condo ceiling projects. Accordingly, we learned very early on that we must understand and respect the building staff and protocol for contractor work, including fob access, working hours, access points/elevators, common area dust and debris control and associated procedural rules (ex wearing booties/separate footwear etc). We’ve been around long enough to know that happy security staff make for a happy project.
We are confident that anyone reading this, will be wise enough to recognize the malicious nature of this review, particularly when compared to the many other great reviews we have been proud to receive.
