We interviewed 4 contractors and 1 company for a basement renovation in our new (first) house. We were attempting to modernize our basement and transform it into a beautiful rental space with new floors, new cabinets, pot lights in the ceilings, almost a new bathroom and a total paint job.

Eli was amazing. He saved us money, made the space look beautiful, hit every timeline, gave us clear quotes on materials, and is a helluva nice guy. Couldn't recommend a person more and I will definitely hire him again.

We saw Eli building a deck for our neighbours and he was doing such a fantastic job that we spontaneously asked him if he is available to help us with our small area that leads to our garden. From the minute we talked it was the best experience we could ask for. Eli is super friendly, knows what he does, finds solutions even for our small corner and the result still makes us speechless to this day. If you're in need for a reliable and cool carpenter, look no further. Our little boys to this day ask where Eli is when they see a contractor :)

I was referred by a friend to hire Eli for some general repair and contracting work around the house. I needed the toilet changed, I had several issues with my sink plus a list of other small to medium jobs. He was clean and courteous at all times, punctual and polite. He showed me what was wrong and what he did to fix the problems and I was very pleased with his price. He also gave me some great ideas for my kitchen and other upcoming renovations which he helped me plan out. I would recommend Eli to all my friends who need any repair work or renovation done.
