Our basement foundation crack involved removing part of our outside deck. Had consulted many other companies to estimate the job. Fortunately, terry provided the most comprehensive plan to
repair the crack. His men were able to remove and replace several deck joists to complete the job. many other companies would not remove and replace the joists unless they were "sistered".This was not a solution.
Most importantly, terry provided, what i thought to be, a very reasonable
quote.
I have had a few contacts with contactors this year and i am happy to say that my research paid off when I contacted terry.
He would be the ONLY COMPANY I WOULD CONTACT for future problems and would strongly suggest that others do the same.
