They've lost my business and I will spread the word
The true test of a great company is their customer care AFTER installation.
Adi assured me that everything was under warranty FOREVER. I would have settled for a few years when I bought 9 large windows for my Victorian home approx. 1 year ago.
Most of the windows I bought are fixed. Two of them are casement. After only a few openings the window crank broke. It looks a bit cheap and easily replaced so I called Adi.
He told me it would be $250+ for the labor to fix his cheap window crank. Imagine how much he's going to charge me for labor if something big actually happens - $600?? Now I know his warranty is not worth the paper it's written on.

We would like you to be aware that the products used are regarded as the finest of its type in North America. A & G Windows are fabricators of Fenestration products designed and PH Tech. This product is of the highest degree of quality and is regarded as of the absolute best in both Canada and the USA. We stand by our warranty and will cover the window hardware for lifetime under normal use of the product, unfortunately labor is not covered. We would be more than happy to replace the the window crank.
